Great God, Magnificent Savior, Holy Spirit Come! Your children are crying for your people are in a spiritual battle. We are struggling to share our love with one another. But, evil comes to turn off our Light even while we pray. Come Holy Spirit, shine your light 💡 on us right now. Renew our strength, heal our brokenness and mend our wounded hearts. Inspire us with unbending faith and power to overcome evil. Strengthen our ability to end hatred through our own acts of love. We Pray for Healing. Holy One make your presence known especially during the aftermath of the storm of hatred in Christchurch, New Zealand. Comfort the broken-hearted and dry our tears. Bless us with the Light of your Holy presence. “Give us this day our daily Bread 🍞 and deliver us from evil. For you are the kingdom, the power, and the glory forever. Amen.”
Poor, homeless for three years, robbed of the few goods he collected and denies he’s broke. He wears the same clothes daily, and declared he had no money. He only begged for one thing. Steve lit a candle and asked for prayer.
Loving God let it be
Let us Park and Pray at 1:11 pm for World Peace.
Dear God, we mourn the loss of 49 people who were killed in Christchurch, New Zealand. They prayed and we pray they did not die in vain. Lord receive their prayers and our prayers for World Peace. We pray for healing for those who were injured. Comfort for those who are grieving. A change of heart for those who are filled with hatred and rage. Holy One shield us from harm and protect us at all times, especially while we worship and pray. Bless us with World Peace now and always. Loving God, let it be. In our Savior’s Name. Amen
“Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled, and do not let them be afraid.” John 14:27 NRSV
“I know that my Redeemer lives, and that in the end he will stand upon the earth. And after my skin has been destroyed, yet in my flesh I will see God; I myself will see him with my own eye—I, and not another. How my heart yearns within me!” – (Job 19:25-27)
Grieving our loss & Celebrating their lives
A PRAYER of LAMENT
By Debbie Przybylski
Lord, I know that you are faithful over all things, even the hard, dark times of my life. Help me not back away from you in my time of grief. Help me instead to lean into you and trust you, even when I do not understand your ways. Please keep my head above the waters of anguish and my feet from slipping off the ground of truth. Help me see you in these hard moments and glorify you in my response. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
